The Crown on Good Luck Hope

Using our expertise to design, develop and engineer the “Crown” steel structure on the Good Luck Hope development


The new island development sits on the historic Leamouth Peninsula in London, E14 on the banks of the Thames with water on three sides. The hi-rise tower offers a panoramic views across London.


The 'Crown' will be installed around the upper floor and roof of Block B, one of the new residential towers at their prestigious Good Luck Hope development, under a Pre-Construction Services Agreement with Ballymore Group.

Alloy Fabweld are extremely pleased to continue their working relationship with Ballymore Group.

Having worked collaboratively with Ballymore on earlier phases of their Embassy Gardens development at Nine Elms, London, SW8, Alloy Fabweld are currently designing, manufacturing and installing balconies for Phase 3.
