APPRENTICESHIPS

We are always keen to support new and emerging talent, in conjunction with construction industry experts. We work with the Colchester Institute, and our apprentices spend four days at work and one day in training for a duration of between 1 - 4 years.
We pay above the minimum apprenticeship wage and support apprentices to put their learning into practice within the workplace. We are taking on an average of two apprentices per year.

LEVEL 2 WELDER APPRENTICE
The welder apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity to gain the groundwork knowledge to learn to weld. You will be part of the Alloy Fabweld team making the products, what you do matters, and working with guidance from your mentor who supports you throughout your apprenticeship journey.
CAD TECHNICIAN
DESIGNER APPRENTICE
This is an excellent opportunity to gain core knowledge and learn design skills. You will be part of the Flexi Group UK team designing stair, balcony, and formwork solutions. What you do matters, and working with guidance from your mentor who supports you throughout your apprenticeship journey, you form part of the foundation of our business.
LEVEL 3 APPRENTICE FABRICATOR
This is a great opportunity to gain core knowledge and learn fabrication skills. You will be part of the Alloy Fabweld team making our metalwork products. What you do matters, and working with guidance from your mentor who supports you throughout your apprenticeship journey, you form part of the foundation of our business.
