SHARE

We are always keen to support new and emerging talent, in conjunction with construction industry experts we work with the Colchester Institute, our apprentices spend four days at work and one day in training for the duration of between 1 - 4 years. We pay above the minimum apprenticeship wage and support apprentices to put their learning into practice within the workplace.  Taking on an average of two apprentices per year, as a growing business, we wholly support this vital young person's scheme.
