After many months of development and prototyping Alloy Fabweld have launched their new innovative patented hook on modularised balcony system to the market.
Developed in conjunction with our sister company Flexi Group UK, the balcony is Lightweight, bolt-less, fully-adjustable and class A1/A2 fire-rated.
Balconies are available with a range of balustrade and soffit configurations and can be installed self-draining, or drained to suit clients preferences. A range of slip and fire-rated decking options are also available.
The new system offers a fully engineered slot-in bracket, thermally broken stub connection, avoiding the need for protruding arms, providing significant interface benefits and enhanced installation outputs over traditional bolted and slide on systems.
The SQS system is fully designed, manufactured and installed in-house to meet current regulations.
