Helping to raise £35,000 at the St Clare Hospice's Spring Ball

The 30th Anniversary of the St Clare Spring Ball took place at Weston Homes’ Business Centre, where local businesses throughout West Essex & East Hertfordshire joined forces to support this great cause.

Alloy Fabweld and Flexi Group UK part of our wider group of brands, donated 10% of the proceeds raised. Craig Clarkson of Flexi Group UK echoed Shaun Pledger MD of Alloy Fabweld's sentiments:

"It is not only about donating much-needed funds for St Clare to be able to keep supporting so many others that need their care.

..It is also about collaborating and being there with them on the journey, the more businesses can support and care, the better our communities are"

The Sping Ball saw over 120 individuals support the local Hospice charity.On the night, glamorous attendees placed their bids on the Spring Ball auction, which this year was also preceded by an online silent auction running for a week prior to the Ball.

St Clare provide free, compassionate care & support to adults with life-limiting illnesses, their families and carers. Their moto is 'Hospice care is about life & living'.
