Fulton & Fifth

Regal London, Wembley

Alloy Fabweld was appointed to deliver the structural steelwork for the cantilever balconies across multiple high-rise blocks. Their scope included the design, fabrication and installation of the balcony steel frames, working with precision to meet the architectural vision while ensuring safety, performance and longevity.

The balcony systems were carefully engineered to provide both structural reliability and visual impact. Powder-coated finishes in custom RAL colours, including bold tones such as gold and salmon, were used to enhance the façades and create variety across the towers. All coatings were applied to the highest standards to ensure long-term durability and corrosion resistance, particularly in exposed urban conditions.

These private balconies not only extend the living space for residents but also serve as defining features of the building’s architectural identity. With phased delivery already underway and final completion expected by 2027, Alloy Fabweld’s contribution ensures Fulton & Fifth will stand out as a benchmark in high-rise residential design.

"Alloy Fabweld’s balcony solutions for Fulton & Fifth demonstrated outstanding precision, coordination and design sensitivity. Their steel support systems created safe, durable and elegant external spaces that perfectly complement the architecture of this landmark development."
