Health & Safety

We maintain an exceptional safety record within the construction industry, backed by a robust Health & Safety Policy that underpins every project we undertake. Our team is fully trained to industry standards, with site supervisors and operatives holding recognised qualifications such as SSSTS and SMSTS. 

Accreditations & Standards

Alloy Fabweld holds a wide range of industry-recognised certifications. These include CE and UKCA marking, BS EN 1090 – Parts 1 & 2 (Execution Class 3), and compliance with BS 8579:2020 for balcony fire safety. We are proud members of Constructionline Gold, FORS Silver, SCCS, SMAS Platinum, and the Considerate Constructors Scheme.

Quality Management

Our production and installation work is managed in strict accordance with BS EN 1090‑1 & 2, ensuring consistent quality control across all structural metalwork. Through a combination of internal audits and external certification, we ensure that every aspect of our manufacturing and project delivery meets the highest standards.
