Alloy Fabweld was appointed to deliver a £150k architectural metalwork package for the project. Their scope included the manufacture and installation of Juliette balconies, penthouse glass balustrade, louvres, cladding and stair balustrades, each contributing to the overall quality, safety and appearance of the completed building.

The Juliette balconies helped bring natural light and openness to the apartments, while the penthouse glass balustrade created a clean, contemporary finish for the upper-level homes. The louvres and cladding were carefully integrated into the building exterior, supporting both the functional requirements of the scheme and its architectural presentation. Internally, the stair balustrades provided a durable and well-finished detail that complemented the wider residential specification.

Working on a compact urban site in a high-value residential area required careful coordination, accurate fabrication and a strong attention to detail. Alloy Fabweld’s contribution helped complete the development with a polished, consistent finish, supporting London Square’s vision for a discreet but high-quality addition to Fulham’s residential landscape.

100 New King’s Road is an exclusive boutique residential development in Fulham, set back from one of West London’s most desirable streets. Developed by London Square, the scheme brought forward a refined collection of 22 apartments and two penthouses within walking distance of Parsons Green, Chelsea and the River Thames.

The development replaced an existing commercial building with a carefully considered mixed-use scheme, combining ground floor retail with high-quality residential accommodation above. In keeping with the character of Fulham, the building was designed to sit comfortably within its leafy surroundings, close to elegant streets, quiet parks, independent shops and riverside spaces.
