A new Phase 2 regeneration building within the Kidbrooke village comprising of 170 contemporary retirement homes.  We designed, manufactured and installed various forms of architectural metalwork within our scope of works, ranging from cantilever balconies (complete with glass balustrade and stainless steel top rails); inset balconies (complete with glass balustrade, stainless steel top rail, wooden slat louvre panels for shading, aluminium powder coated capping and soffit panels).  We also manufactured and installed the communal roof terrace balustrade, communal stair balustrades, car park entrance gates and aluminium louvre panels.
