A design-led riverside district has been created opposite the US Embassy as part of the Southbank's regeneration project.  The development has attracted investors and residents alike who want to be part of a rare opportunity to purchase in this part of London.  A main feature of this district includes a 'world's first' - a 25m acrylic sky pool which stretches across the rooftops of two buildings.  

We were asked to design, manufacture and construct the balconies and 'super' balconies for the site, this became 97% of our works.  The 'super' balconies have vast beams running up the side of the construction.  We were also commissioned to install the steelwork either side of the fantastic sky pool, which, when complete, will become the icon of this amazing development - floating in tranquility 35 metres up in the sky!
